My Mission

My mission is to provide evidenced-based health education to clients looking to transform their lives through healthy-eating and active living. I will empower, inspire and elevate clients to optimal health free from debilitating chronic illness. I will combine holistic health with science to help create healing and harmony.

My Methods

My methods include behavior modification techniques to help clients successfully transition from contemplation to action.

My Goals

My goals are to decrease the occurrence of chronic illness in the community, helping individuals successfully transition to a whole foods, plant based diet and provide credible health education to the public.

Plan #1

Plan #1 includes online coaching with resources to help you transition to a plant based whole foods lifestyle. The entire program is done online so that you can progress through the materials at your own pace.

Plan #2

Plan #2 requires enrollment in a group plan where you are placed with other members who are transitioning. The program is online with enrollment in a group for accountability and support.

Plan #3

Plan 3 includes all of the online resources with additional one on one coaching.
