I will empower, inspire and elevate clients to optimal health free from debilitating chronic illness. I will combine holistic health with science to help create healing and harmony.
My methods include behavior modification techniques to help clients successfully transition from contemplation to action.
My goals are to decrease the occurrence of chronic illness in the community, helping individuals successfully transition to a whole foods, plant based diet and provide credible health education to the public.
